iPhone 4 Question about shipping?
Hey Guys,
I ordered my iPhone 4 on the 29th of July.I live in Greenville, South Carolina. It says it will take 7-14 business days to arrive, but when i checked the order status on at&t, it said that my order was backordered. What does this mean? When will it arrive?

I also ordered my iPhone 4 on July 29th. Typically, when you order a phone from AT&T they will ship it within the next couple of days. Because of the high demand for the iPhone 4, they are having to postpone shipments by one to two weeks (the 7-14 days they mentioned). The backordered status you see is basically there to show you that you won’t be getting the phone the day after you ordered it and that it will take a little bit longer. You will still get the phone in the 7-14 day time-frame that AT&T gave you.
