Iphone Soft Reset

iPhone 3g white screen problem?
my 3g has an all white screen and ive tried the hard rest, soft reset, and restored it and nothing, still white. the vibration works, sounds, music, everything responds to the touch but i dont know what im doing because the screen is white. I know it cant be the touchscreen panel because that still responds.Could it be a problem with the LCD under the touch panel glass?
Take it to the closest Apple Store and you’ll get it fixed or another iPhone.
