Iphone Software Update 4.2

Has anyone been able to get the 4.3 software update for the Verizon iphone?
I just got the Verizon iPhone 4. The software I have right now is 4.2.6 and when i try and update it using iTunes, it says my software is up to date. I just got an email saying that the 4.3 software is available but i am not able to download it? anyone else having this problem?
Its not a problem. The Verizon version is not getting 4.3.1. The latest version remains 4.2.6. Looks like Apple will unify the versions between the 2 models with 5.0.
