Iphone Speakerphone Volume

How can I increase the call volume on my jailbroken iPhone 3G which is running firmware 4.0.1 ?
When the volume is turned all the way up, I can still barely hear anything out of the normal “talking” speakers. Speakerphone is a tad quiet, too, but it’s much better. Once I put headphone in I can hear loud and clear, but I really can’t just talk on the phone with my headphones ALL THE TIME.
Is there any setting I can change to make it louder ?? Or perhaps a volume boosting app in Cydia ??
