Iphone Speed Dial
Why does my home wireless network getting slower and slower?
I have DSL through ATT and have a plan of average speed. I got the wireless modem made by Ewire few years ago and basically I use my laptop wirelessly through it, my PS3 is connected through the cable and my iphone is also connected to the network. I have observed a variable signal on the iPhone recently, super slowdowns downloads PS3 and iPhone practically unusable in the network. Two are wireless and the other is connected by cable to the modem. Could it be the Ewire? She says I'm connected to 54 Mbps and pages the load close to the speed dial. Any advice? Anything I can do other than call and complain? Thank you.
You should consider feeding cycle the 2wire gateway. Computer slows down after too many connections occur. It is a common problem. If that does not help you move forward and then complain, but I doubt they will do more than stop the dispatch of a technician.
