Iphone Tasks Application

What is the best free (almost free) iphone time management/schedule planner?
I’m looking for a free application for the iPhone (time management system, etc) that focus not only on events and tasks (next action, projects) but also on items that, for me, are constant and weekly. I want an application that makes it simple to create events like going to church every Sunday and going to summer school every Monday – Thursday from this time to that time. Is there a free or almost free iPhone application that can do that?
Right now, I use Smarttime.
