How can I get iPhone/iPod Touch apps downloaded from Megaupload to work?
I want to download some apps from Megaupload. I searched ones with the .ipa ending and it even appeared on iTunes! Except when I sync my iPod Touch, it says that there is an error and brings me to the app troubleshooting page on apple.com (which isn’t useful). How can I get the apps from Megaupload to work? And please answer simply because I’m not so good with technology and stuff like that.
You will need to jailbreak your iPod, as iTunes will not allow you to synchronize illegally obtained applications. There are issues surrounding jailbreaking, but supposedly it has recently become legal in the United States, but the pirating of applications still isn’t legal, so I urge you to stay away from such things.
