Ford Fiesta 2011 Sync my ride not responding!?
My ford won’t even recognize any devices anymore through usb(ipod touch, iphone, etc.). Also when I try to use the voice command by pushing the voice command button, nothing happens! I’ve had the car since the end of december and it was working perfectly fine with everything up until like a month ago. Is there a setting I’m missing? or even a troubleshooting step I could try for an issue like this?
Oh MY! You’ve been without SYNC for a month! That’s not good!
You may just need an update, or to Pair your devices again.
If you have registered at the Sync owner site (see link below) , there are live agents there to chat with. Also troubleshooting guides.
But honestly, your vehicle is under warranty, If I were you, I would call your local Ford Service Center. And let them take a peak. There is no charge, nor deductible, and the techs are trained for troubleshooting quickly.
