Iphone Voicemail Password Default

How do you remove voicemail password window from popping up each time I make call on my iphone?
Even after I have made updates and restored default settings on iphone. How can I resolve this?
jc it shouldnt be doing this. Call Apple to see whats up, sounds like a software issue.
Its default for the visual voicemail password to be saved and it shouldnt even ask for it unless YOU set it up that way by going thru your voicemail into your personal options and then admin options to password!
