Iphone Yahoo Mail Issues
Issue with sending mail on iphone?
Suddenly I am no longer able to send e-mail from my iphone 3G via my BT yahoo account. It was working fine until the other day when it started telling me that my server doesn’t recognise my e-mail address. When I go through settings> mail, contact, calendars > Accounts > account info > SMTP (which is Yahoo!) > primary server the next screen is not live so can’t make any changes to it.
Any suggestions please
Thanks for the suggestion Paul but it hasn’t worked. When I try to send an e-mail I get a message saying ‘A copy has been place in your Outbox. the sender address was rejected by the server’

Are you required to use your full email address as the username? Some ISPs do need that, mine has just implemented this. The other suggestion is that you may have to visit the BT website & login to your customer pages in case you have to activate the address for use with an iPhone.
