What’s best cheapest cell phone plan in Paris?
My friend has unlocked GSM phone but prepaid SIMS cards are too expensive. and plans she’s been qouted are over 100 or 150 Euros a month. What’s best cheapest plan for a reliable new phone, local calling and b) for local and overseas calling options?

MetroPCS is an American company with no france-based office. What is
“maybe rogers”? Is Rogers a French-based cell phone company? If we use American-based cell phone plans it’s very expensive and involves roaming charges….
