Nokia Mobile Phones Tips
T-mobile upgrade without data plan?
After having terrible experiences with the Samsung Gravity 1 for 1.5+ years i have decided its time for a new phone.
I was wondering would it be better and easier to get an unlocked Smart phone (Blackberry Bold, HTC HD2, etc) and get around the data plan requirement or a phone without an internet plan(Nokia Nuron or something similar).
Keep in mind either way i want NO DATA PLAN on my line. I use my phone for Texting mainly so a nice keyboard is a must.
I know I am asking allot, but please help me, I’ve been searching and researching for weeks now. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the suggestion of the Unlocked Route, however i was looking to maintain a budget of under $400, because having something so expensive with me at all times that could get easily lost/stolen/damaged is a bit daunting.
I’d say go with the unlocked, All the hassle ain’t worth it.. + Tmobile renews your contract for another 2 years every time you upgrade. And cancellation fees are awful (not to mention credit if you terminate early).
Ps. The HD2 is a bad ass phone! I got mine from wireless galaxy (http://www.wirelessgalaxy.com/mobilephones/htc-touch-hd2-.html). would recommend them..
