Orange Mobile Phones Uk
mobiles.co.uk and Orange contract phones esp. HTC Desire?
I’d like to buy the HTC Desire on an Orange contract, but I’m worried that it will have Orange software on it. I’ve read that if you get a Desire from them that they have Orange stuff on, and even if you take it off, you can’t put the stuff on that they’d taken off.
However, i’ve also heard that if you buy it from somewhere like mobiles.co.uk on an Orange contract, it doesn’t have the Orange software on, it’s just like an unbranded one.
Can anyone tell me if this is true?
My mate just bought one brand new from Carphone Warehouse, although it has no orange logo on the back of the phone or anything it has orange things installed on the phone.
