Prepaid Cell Phones Kroger

Tonight I bought an i-wireless prepaid cell phone from my local Russellville, AR Kroger store.?
They activated it for me but when I got home I discovered I have an Illinois phone number not an Arkansas number. Does anyone know if I can get the number changed to a local one? Or will Kroger give a refund on the phone if I can’t get the number changed.
