Using my mobile phone in egypt?
Im going on holiday to Egypt in September and I would like to use my mobile phone to call/text my family in Scotland. I have a Quad band Samsung d900iCandy on o2, will i be able to use this from egypt? and do u have any idea what the costs would be?
You can use your phone pretty much anywhere in the world. If you are on the pay monthly plan then just get the international roaming option. The only thing is that calls are not included within the minutes you have every month and you will have to pay a premium for every single phone call or text….one last advise, do not and I repeat DO NOT use the internet option on your phone since this option is very expensive while roaming.
