Will upgrading Windows Mobile 5.0 to 6.0 will relock my blackjack i607 phone?
I have a At&t unlocked samsung blackjack i-607. Is it worth upgrading the operating system from Windows Mobile 5.0 to 6.0? What is the benefit if done? Also if doing so will it relock my phone so I can’t use it worldwide? Much help appreciated.
Once your phone is unlocked, it will be unlocked for good. Hard resets or upgrades will not lock your phone to a carrier. Upgrading to WM6 is a good choice because you get new features and a better layout.
