Smart phones/ Symbian?
Hi guys.. I’m considering a new unlocked touch screen phone.. So would a Symbian-based cellphone limit my flexibility with applications/office programs compared to a windows-mobile based cell phones!?
in other words: is any program designed for Windows Mobile going to work on Symbian?

No, programs designed for Windows will not work on Symbian and neither would the opposite be true. However, for every Windows application there is likely to be at least one similar application written for Symbian, some times by the same company, some time by another.
As for details it is you that should provide them (or rather make themselves clear to yourself). Think about the applications you need/use on Windows Mobile and look for similar apps on Symbian before buying the new phone.
