Smart Phones Prepaid
can you get a prepaid at&t simcard to work on a smart phone(cingular 8525)?
I want to but an cingular 8525 and i want to use it on a pre paid at&t sim card. Does att prepaid work with smart phones? If so does all the features on the phone work like msn messenger, internet, and more?
Real and honest answers will be highly appreciated
Ok heres how it works… ANY postpaid phone (like the 8525) will work on prepaid service the only exception is the 3g iPhone.
So yes you can use the 8525 on your gophone account, yes the internet will work however you will go thru $$$ like you wouldnt belive since it is a 3g phone AND a pda phone on top of it. I dont think it will be worth the $$.
If you want to talk and text .. go for it but I think you will find using the internet will be cost prohibitive.
