What kind of email will sync multiple Outlook installs?
Hello,
I currently use Microsoft Exchange Server email, for work. I am preparing to strike out on my own, and I have a question. If I want to use Outlook on two separate computers, and access my email on my Palm smart phone, what are my options? I don’t think web mail will provide a solution that syncs different outlook installs??? I need some technical help!
I don’t think I fully understand your question, but if you’re trying to access your email from two different computers AND your smart phone, then make sure that “Leave a copy of messages on server” is checked under Tools > Accounts > Mail tab > Properties >Advanced tab > Delivery (at the bottom)
Check the above for both Outlook accounts. This will at the very least ensure that you can receive new messages on both computers and your phone.
As far as syncing all three, sorry, but I can’t help you there.
