Sprint Phones Exclaim
Can I get a new type of phone from Sprint if my HTC is having technical glitches?
My HTC touch pro is supposed to be a good phone, but I have had two so far and they both have technically glitches like going to a million different menus at once or the keyboad. I know want a simplier touch phone, the Samsung Exclaim. Do you think Sprint will let me exchange my brand of phones?
All you can do is ask. Are you routinely checking the Sprint website for any downloads or corrections, and have you taken your phone in? The warranties and exchanges tend to be from the manufacturers of the handsets, so if Sprint were to let you change, it would be strictly as a matter of good will. Definitely take your phone into a repair center store, and ask to work with the manager.
