I just got the palm pre from sprint, and im not recieving pictures?
help?
im not getting any alerts or anything, just texts.
i didnt even get a manual.
its a brand new phone that i bought from the sprint store.
if you have switched from a different cell company it will take about 1-3days for everything to get updated and switched over… I had the same problem but give it a few days and everything will work fine. I had one cell company at a time update and reconnect , it took the longest for the smaller company cell phones to update ( have texts updated and functional )… You will be able to send text and picture text but you will not receive any until the other company updates their data bases…. Good luck you will love the phone it is amazing have one myself….
