HTC is the legend of a good phone?

I'm thinking of switching to smart phones and I do not know if I should get an iPhone or HTC legend, but I'm really into the Android OS and want to try the HTC. Is it worth it? ps price is not a problem, so I'm not comparing to .. compared only technology and specifications

I would definitely suggest the iPhone 4 instead of HTC. I ordered mine and I can not wait! Many people say they do not even have "problems". Go iPhone!
