Budget is upto $500 then. And IM like Msn Messenger would be a nice to have.
All of those phones you’re not going to buy with a $200-$300 budget.
You might try to find one on eBay or refurbished.
You can do all of those things on the AT&T 8525. It has Wi-Fi, so you wouldn’t need to buy an internet package.
My BF has one, and it’s his most prized possession. Lol.
