have a techionical problem.?
I want to transfer some pictures from my metro pcs samsung phone to my lap top. I got the adaptor in already. But nothing prompts me to open a program. What should i do next my sweet, smart friends from yahoo answers??thanks for your help!

Is there a program cd you received with your samsung phone ? Have you installed the software ?
Alternatively, You could try opening up Windows Explorer and see if your samsung phone is listed there and then you could copy the pictures to your laptop
