does asurion have record of what number the replaced phone is under?
I have a replaced phone that asurion provided me with. I wanted to learn more information about asurion since I heard they work separately from verizon wireless. Say I have a replaced phone and also purchase a different phone with a clean esn off ebay. I give the replaced phone to my sister and activate the ebay phone to my number. Will asurion know that my sister is using the replaced phone and not me?
You can give the phone to your sister. However, they will not file a claim for any phone that was not directly purchased through Verizon, under your account
