What PREPAID cell phone carrier that allows or gives unlimited minutes to any 3 to 5 numbers? I need PREPAID.?
I looked at alltel wireless, verizon wireless, t-mobile, at&t wireless, but those services are pay per month, not what I need, since I just got accepted into Cleveland Job Corps Academy, and have little money, I get roughly 35 dollars per month until I’m here for like 3 months or something like that… I then will get approximately 45 dollars per month. I am willing to buy a cheap phone if I can get the service I want:
