how can i change my esn without calling verizon customer service?
i have a verizon and do not want to call customer service to change my esn (personal reasons) but i need to switch phones because my old one is giving out….any suggestions?
You will have to check online at their website. You’ll need to register your account and log in. Once you do it should allow you do change the ESN.
Other than that you can go to a store.
Too bad you didn’t go to AT&T where you could just swap the sim card into your new phone.. ah well. Live and learn.
