Verizon Phones For Free
Are there any Verizon Phones that come free with your plan if your phone got stolen?
Someone stole my phone adn im looking for a new one. And i want to know if there are any free Verizon phones that come with your plan. I have the 2 Year Plan and i would like some help. Please!
Unless the policy’s have changed recently the best you can do is call customer service and ask if they will give you a basic phone, or if you had theft insurance which comes with some of there insurance plans they will replace it. With out insurance they may still help you but it will be a cheap phone. Most of the time they charge you full price for a new phone, they kinda screw ya, there is a another hope though they give you free upgrades and they may be able to give you your upgrade early. But again you have to call customer service and hope you get some one that is willing to help you, because some of the people that answer there phones are dicks, and totally leave ya hanging out to dry. Just call customer service, and do not go to a store unless its a corporate store, this is because customer service on the phone have more power than the sales people in the store. The people in the stores would never help you and charge you full price for a phone, and if you get lucky and the sales person really tries to help you they will call customer service and ask permission to help you. So you might as well be the one to call them and save yourself a trip.
