LG Venus won’t stay powered on.?
Ok, here’s the deal: usually I’m the master when it comes to the LG Venus. I can help most anyone with most anything with the phone, as long as it is powered on.
Here’s the catch: today I had my Venus out on a desk during class up on the corner of the desk on top of a book. Now I’m not quite sure how it happened, but somehow the book and the phone fell off the desk and on to the carpet. No big deal, so I thought. I didn’t even check it and just put it in my pocket. Besides, it wasn’t even 3 feet above the ground.
Then when I pulled it out of my pocket, I noticed it wasn’t on. And it wouldn’t turn on. I tried plugging it in to a power source when I got home, and I get the “battery charged” screen and the Verizon logo. If I turn it on, it seems to be working just fine, but then as soon as the light goes out it immediately shuts down, as if the battery were taken out.
I’m stumped. Can I fix this? Or should I send it back and hope Verizon doesn’t screw me over?
i personaly hate verizon. my enV has broken 4 times and they still wont give me a new one. something with my battery is messed up. they “fix it” and send it back.
i would call and chew them out dude.
