Verizon Phones On Pageplus

Can I use a page plus phone with the verizon network?
I currently have a Verizon phone, & my contract has expired. I saw this phone on ebay and the person selling says it can either be used with Verizon or Pageplus. He has used it with Pageplus for 4 months. But can I use it with Verizon??
No, you used to be able to use verizon phones ON page plus, but you are no longer able. Your best bet would be to just get a brand new phone. I recommend the Droid X, Blackberry Bold, or the LG Ally.
