Verizon Phones Palm Pilot
Can anyone explain to me the difference in smartphones and blackberries in regards to the calendar feature?
I use a cell phone for a phone and I carry a palm pilot for the calendar/task manager. I LOVE my palm pilot and couldn’t live without it, but I hate carrying both items. My plan is through Verizon. I want to switch to a smartphone or a blackberry to utilize the calendar. My concern is with backing up my calendar to my desktop. Does anyone know if phones will back up to Outlook? I would be lost if something happened to my calendar. Deciding to combine my phone and calendar is stressing me out:) I don’t have any need for internet access on my phone. Thanks!
The blackberry doesn’t use windows mobile like smartphones and are not as organized as smartphones, in the blackberry you need to delete all data to reset all settings which sucks. A smartphone with windows mobile is better because you could deleted many files and reset settings without the need of deleting all files. In the blackberry i used to take pictures and it got frozen so many times, and now i jut order the t-mobile shadow from eBay. Good Luck
